🕒 Scheduling & Estimates

  • Schedule quotes easily over the phone.

  • Estimates are time-based and may change since we charge by the minute.

  • We’ll confirm your service before arriving.

💵 Payment

  • No upfront payment required.

  • Payment is due upon completion.

  • You’ll do a walk-through at the start and end of the service.

  • Once you approve the final walk-through and we leave, sales are final (with some exceptions).

⭐ Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We don’t leave until you’re satisfied!

  • Concerns? Tell us during the final walk-through.

  • We’ll fix issues on the spot before leaving.

📅 Cancellations

  • Please give 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Short-notice cancellations may affect future bookings.

🏡 Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide safe access to your property.

  • Secure pets if requested.

  • Ensure areas are reasonably free of clutter.

  • Be present at the beginning (for entry) and end (for final walk-through & payment).

💲 Pricing Adjustments

  • If a task requires deep cleaning, we’ll let you know.

  • Any upgraded service will have additional charges.

🛡️ Liability & Insurance

  • We’re fully insured.

  • If we break it and it’s our fault, we’ll cover it.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or fragile items.
